Lifeline Australia – 2011
Lifeline Australia provides crisis support, suicide prevention and mental health support services nation wide through a network of 42 centres and 11,000 paid staff and volunteers. Lifeline receives more than 1200 calls per day every day of the year from Australians in crisis.
We are seeking to develop and implement an IT Governance Framework to ensure appropriate direction and controls are in place for the current and future use of ICT, and ensure suitable alignment of ICT with business objectives. Lifeline engaged David Wheeler (Mitec Pty Ltd) to assist in this implementation, and he has been instrumental in guiding the team through strategy development and providing a framework overview that will enable a successful relationship between the ICT and business principles of Lifeline Australia.
I would recommend David Wheeler to any organisation seeking to develop industry standard IT Governance frameworks and requiring sound leadership in planning such an exercise.
